Terms & Condition

By accessing and using ThatsEnd, the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site. In order to use the ThatsEnd.com, the user has accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the rights to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to ThatsEnd who is the owner of the website and registered in India. The term “You”, “Yours” refers to our client or user of the website.

It is the client’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date with us. If they fail to update and because of that if service will get interrupted then it will be the client’s responsibility.

1. Change of agreement:

The Client may not change the agreement without written consent. The agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to the contract are agreed by both parties upon renewal of services.

2. Communication:

All communication between client & us must be in writing via email or any project management tools which is suitable for both parties.

3. Content format:

The client agrees to provide all content for the website such as text, images, video, and sound in an electronic format. All content is to be arranged by each web page as per technical specification.

4. Third party subscription:

If any third party subscription is required for any kind of feature/functionality development, and if it is paid service then, the client will be responsible for that.

5. Bug/error:

Any bug/error found related to development fault, will not cost you to solve it at any time in the future. This is as per terms and condition and as per the situation when the website was developed.

6. Change in third-party service:

Any software version upgrade related issues and issue due to any third party service usage and upgrade will not be considered a bug/error in development.

7. Development time:

Given technical development time is always approximately and not 100% accurate and guaranteed. Fluctuation will come in any kind of technical development as per situation and client is agreed with that. Development time will also depend on clients as for some reason we need confirmation from the client.

8. Hosting service:

For Hosting service, We are happy to help you with any problem related to hosting, but we are not responsible for it. Its hosting provider’s job to provide support related to hosting. So, the client is advised to check support related things before the purchase of the hosting server.

9. Email spamming:

In the case of email spamming related issue, it’s depends on hosting server and mail client. We will try our best to help you with this issue. Any programming related changes to solve this kind of issue would be possible. Email spamming is highly depends on email receiving mail client server. Mail client servers have their own algorithms about how to validate incoming email.

10. Respond to your query:

We target to respond to all queries and emails either immediately or within 24 to 48 hours. We are trying to give a response within minutes or hours but when we are very busy it may take a little longer.

11. Accurate information:

The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. ThatsEnd reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partially, ThatsEnd has the right in its sole discretion to reject the debar the user from using the services of ThatsEnd and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

12. Test and check after deploy:

Once site will deploy on clients hosting server, it is client’s responsibility to test and check the entire site within 3 months and let us know if you find any issue. After that, we are not responsible for any issue.

13. Work revisions:

We will provide 3 revisions round in web design & in Logo design. Each revision round includes design & content together. The client must have to provide revision work in written. If you exceed the revision round more than 3, it will cost you based on work and time we invest in design & development.

14. Payment Terms:

– We obey a payment term which is reasonable for both parties.

– All price provided in the quote is valid up to 30 days only.

– To start development, the client must have to pay a 20% amount as advance payment.

– Remaining payment will be milestone based as per the progress of work. A new phase of development will not be started until a milestone is not released.

– Payment for Digital Marketing / Social Media related work must be monthly bases.

– An invoice will be sent at the starting of month and client must have to pay within a week from the invoice date.

15. Cancelation Terms:

Any party may terminate/ Cancel contract/service at any time with prior notice in writing.

16. Refund Terms:

– Refund is not possible once service or work is completed.

– Refund is depend on case to case bases based on service & client.
